At Century 21 Heritage Group’s fall kickoff event at the Royal Venetian in Aurora, over 200 agents gathered for a day of motivational and insightful presentations. Chris Leader from Leader’s Edge Training, our keynote speaker, talked about the characteristics of an “Uber Agent,” a real estate professional who is outstanding and best in their class. He outlined 15 key characteristics that contribute to success, such as adaptability, integrity, and being a strategic and resourceful “rainmaker.”
The event also featured an economic update from Andrew Grantham, Executive Director and Senior Economist at CIBC, providing agents with a fall market outlook.
In addition to the external speakers, internal leadership shared their vision and motivation. General Manager and partner Eryn Richardson offered a preview of new company initiatives designed to support agents. The firm’s founder, Pam Prescott, gave a speech focusing on the importance of hard work during tough markets, reassuring agents that their current efforts would lead to significant rewards when the market eventually improves. Her message resonated with the audience, reinforcing the belief that perseverance and a strong work ethic are crucial for long-term career success in the real estate industry.
