The 2026 Spring Kickoff brought together CENTURY 21 Heritage Group  for an inspiring and impactful start to the year. The event celebrated our offices’ outstanding achievements and set a clear vision for continued growth and success.

Benjamin Tal – Deputy Chief Economist, CIBC

Benjamin Tal is the Deputy Chief Economist at CIBC and a key member of the bank’s economic team, responsible for analyzing macroeconomic developments and their impact on fixed income, equity, foreign exchange, and commodity markets. He also serves in an advisory capacity to bank leadership on matters related to wealth management, as well as household and corporate credit and risk.

With more than 20 years of private sector experience, Benjamin has advised clients, industry leaders, corporate boards, trade associations, and governments on a wide range of economic and financial issues. He is also a regular media commentator, widely recognized for his ability to translate complex economic trends into clear, practical insights.

At our Spring Kickoff, Benjamin shared his expert perspective on the Canadian housing market, interest rates, and the broader economic landscape. His forward-looking analysis provided valuable context for navigating today’s market, helping our agents better understand the forces shaping real estate and how to position themselves for success.

Benjamin is actively involved in several leading organizations, including the Economic Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Committee of the Toronto Board of Trade. He also serves on the Board of Governors for Junior Achievement of Central Ontario and is a board member of Toronto Finance International, further reflecting his deep connection to Canada’s economic and business communities.

Ben Oosterveld – CEO & Founder, Real Estate Reboot Coaching

Ben Oosterveld is a keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and founder of Real Estate Reboot Coaching, known for his powerful blend of strategy, mindset, and real-world experience. Part truth-teller and part strategist, Ben challenges high achievers to break limiting patterns, implement effective systems, and build businesses that support both success and personal freedom.

His journey is as compelling as his message once facing homelessness as a teenager, Ben went on to build an investment company with 61 properties, become a business coach, and rise to the top of the real estate industry, earning Rookie of the Year before building and successfully selling his real estate team.

At our Spring Kickoff, Ben delivered an impactful session focused on scaling smarter, not harder.  Sharing practical systems and mindset shifts that help agents grow sustainable, high-performing businesses without sacrificing their time, energy, or family life.

Known for his raw honesty and engaging storytelling, Ben leaves audiences both inspired and equipped, with clear, actionable strategies to elevate their business while protecting what matters most.

At our Spring Kickoff, we were proud to feature an engaging and insightful Top Producer Panel with Michele Denniston, Miguel Lima, and Anna Shirazi, three highly accomplished agents recognized for their consistent performance, strong client relationships, and results-driven businesses.

Facilitated by Eryn Richardson and Linas Kilius, the panel offered a candid, behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to succeed at a high level in today’s real estate market.

The discussion covered key topics including lead generation, client retention, time management, and adapting to changing market conditions. Each panelist shared personal experiences, proven strategies, and lessons learned, providing practical, real-world takeaways that agents can apply directly to their own businesses.

This session was not about theory, it was about real conversations, real challenges, and real success, leaving attendees with fresh perspectives and actionable ideas to elevate their performance.
