This year, we proudly celebrate Emily Denieuwe’s 5-year milestone with Century 21 Heritage Group. As our Front Desk Administrator, Emily is often the first point of contact for both agents and clients, and she consistently sets the tone with her professionalism, warmth, and can-do attitude. With 18 years of experience in customer service, including her time as an assistant store manager at Home Hardware, Emily brings exceptional organizational skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities to every task.

Emily plays a crucial role in keeping our offices running smoothly — helping agents with listings, offers, and day-to-day needs, as well as onboarding new and transferring agents and welcoming them to our team. Her dedication ensures that every interaction is handled with care, making both agents and clients feel supported and confident. Colleagues often praise Emily for her reliability, attention to detail, and her ability to stay calm and efficient even during the busiest days.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Emily brings personality and warmth to the workplace. She has a passion for animals — especially rodents — and her dog is truly her pride and joy. She also expresses her creativity and individuality through her extensive collection of tattoos.
