Natalina, affectionately known as Lina, has been a dedicated member of the Century 21 Heritage Group team for over two decades, with a real estate career spanning more than 25 years. She first began working in the industry in the late 1980s, gaining valuable front desk and administrative experience before joining Century 21 Heritage Group in a part-time role. What began as temporary support quickly grew into a long-standing relationship built on trust, professionalism, and dedication.

Lina officially returned to Century 21 Heritage Group full-time in 2002, where she once again served at the front desk before being promoted to Deal Administrator in 2005. Since then, she has become a cornerstone of the brokerage’s operations, currently managing deals for both the Thornhill and Newmarket offices. Her extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and consistency ensure transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently, providing invaluable support to agents and leadership alike.

What Lina values most about her role is the people. She speaks proudly of the staff, management, and agents she works alongside, describing them as her “Century 21 family.” Her loyalty, warmth, and professionalism have made her a trusted and respected presence within the organization.

Outside of work, Lina is a proud mother of three daughters, two of whom are married, and a devoted grandmother to her granddaughter Scarlett — with another grandchild joining the family soon. She has a strong musical background, having played piano for over ten years and violin for two, and enjoys reminiscing about her time playing bocce alongside her father in a Toronto league.
