This year, we proudly celebrate Mandy O’Connell’s 15th anniversary with Century 21 Heritage Group Ltd. With a strong background in real estate administration, including experience as a Market Centre Administrator and Senior Administrator, Mandy brought a wealth of expertise to our team.

As a Deals Administrator, Mandy plays a critical role in ensuring transactions run smoothly. She handles deal processing, communicates effectively with agents, lawyers, and outside brokers, and manages advances with accuracy and care. Her attention to detail and dedication ensure that our agents can focus on serving their clients, confident that the administrative side is in capable hands.

What truly sets Mandy apart is her passion for supporting our agents. She finds genuine joy in helping them succeed and takes pride in resolving issues or concerns, making a meaningful difference in their day-to-day work. Her positivity, reliability, and professionalism make her an indispensable part of our team.

Outside of work, Mandy’s life is full of delightful parallels; she is the granddaughter of a twin, the mother of twins, and a grandmother to twins! She also enjoys reading and solving puzzles, bringing curiosity and creativity into everything she does.
