“I recently called into the office and Olivia picked up the phone and she was incredibly helpful and cheerful and had just a great, positive energy. It’s awesome to have that kind of reception when we need help so I just thought people are always so quick to complain but never really that quick to compliment a positive experience, and I just wanted to share with you that she was wonderful and responsive, and I think we need more of that in the company. ” – Miguel Lima
