This November marks an incredible milestone as we celebrate Tammy Lance’s 37th anniversary with Century 21 Heritage Group. Tammy began her journey with the company in 1988, just a year after graduating from high school. Though she started with no administrative experience, a manager took a chance on her and we can confidently say it worked out more than OK!

Over the years, Tammy has become an essential part of our team, known for her reliability, expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence. In her role, Tammy manages deal payouts and payables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every transaction. One of her favorite parts of the job is sending those much-anticipated emails that bring a smile to our Sales Representatives’ faces, the “you’re getting paid today!” messages that make all the hard work worthwhile.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tammy is cherished for her positivity, humor, and the genuine care she brings to the workplace every day. Her loyalty and dedication over nearly four decades are a testament to her passion for what she does and the people she works with.

When she’s not keeping our financial systems running smoothly, Tammy can be found cheering for her beloved Toronto Maple Leafs, holding onto hope that one day she’ll see them hoist the Stanley Cup.
