This year, we proudly celebrate Tina West’s 35th anniversary with Century 21 Heritage Group Ltd. Over the past three and a half decades, Tina has been a driving force behind our company’s success and culture. Joining the team in its early years, she has been part of nearly every stage of our growth, from opening new offices to developing the systems, training programs, and internal operations that continue to shape who we are today.

As Executive Manager of HR & Training, Tina plays a vital role in leading staff relations, benefits, company events, and our training department. She also oversees health and safety compliance and supports leadership in maintaining high workplace standards across all locations. Her deep knowledge of our organization and steady guidance have helped build the supportive, collaborative environment we are so proud of.

What truly sets Tina apart is her unwavering dedication to people. She’s passionate about helping both staff and agents grow, fostering a culture of care, and ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported. Her warmth, leadership, and mentorship continue to inspire those around her every day.

Outside of work, Tina’s creativity and zest for life shine through; she loves photography, singing, and all things soccer. And for a fun bit of trivia, she once partied with the band Rush! Tina is also excited to be stepping into a new chapter as she soon becomes a grandmother, a role we know she’ll embrace with the same joy and energy she brings to everything she does.
